Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open YourDoc F Care and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile and tap Close account.
- Read what will be removed and what must be kept, and optionally tell us why you are leaving.
- Tap Close my account and enter the confirmation code we send to your registered number.
- You are signed out everywhere. Your account is now scheduled to close.
Changed your mind? Sign in again within 30 days and your account is restored. After 30 days it is closed for good.
Before closing, you can download a copy of your data from Profile → Data export. If you are the “master” of a care circle, hand it to someone else first or it closes with your account.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot open the app, or want data deleted without signing in, send us a request. We will verify it is you before acting, to keep your records safe.
We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, except for data we must keep by law.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender and photo.
- Your sign-in methods, devices and sessions, and push notification tokens.
- Wearable and Health Connect data: readings, daily summaries, alerts and sync records.
- Dependant profiles you created (name, birth date and health facts) and the Medical Plate answers on them.
- Your preferences and other non-medical account data, and files not covered by a legal retention period.
Our service providers are instructed to delete the copies they hold for us, except where the law requires otherwise.
What we must keep, and for how long
The law does not allow us to erase some records immediately. We keep only these, locked away from normal use, and delete them when the period ends:

The app shows you the exact date each category is kept until before you confirm closing. Retained records are not used for marketing or to contact you.
Doctors, caregivers and riders
Partners who close their account can also ask for deletion. Identity and verification documents, visit and earnings records and any records of care you gave are kept for the periods the law requires (for example, tax and professional record rules); everything else is deleted in the same way.
Delete only some data
You can remove certain data without closing your account: delete uploaded files or health-data sources in the app, turn off Health Connect, or switch off permissions in your Android settings. For anything else, contact us and tell us what you want removed.
