Medical consultations, diagnoses, and prescriptions remain the responsibility of appropriately licensed professionals. Jivika AI supports symptom assessment and health education but does not independently prescribe treatment.

Who Is Responsible for Your Data?
T. Neelam Enterprises LLP operates the YourDoc platform and is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data within its own services.
For processing activities where it determines those purposes and means, the company acts as a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, subject to the applicable provisions and their commencement.
