Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and T. Neelam Enterprises LLP, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“YourDoc”, “we”). They cover the YourDoc F Care app, the website and related services. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use YourDoc.

2. What YourDoc is

YourDoc is a technology platform that connects you with independent doctors, pharmacies, care partners and delivery partners, and offers tools such as health records, reminders and the Jivika AI guide. Unless we say otherwise, the professionals and pharmacies are independent of YourDoc and are responsible for their own professional services, advice and products.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to make a contract. Parents or guardians may add dependants under their own account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Do not share your account or one-time codes.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• Patient accounts are open to everyone. Roles such as doctor, caregiver or rider are given only after we verify your documents and identity.

4. Using the services

• Consultations: a doctor decides whether a remote consultation is suitable and may refuse, refer you elsewhere or advise an in-person visit. Prescriptions are issued only by licensed doctors under applicable rules, including the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
• Medicines: prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription by a licensed pharmacy. Availability and prices can change.
• Home care: visits are provided by verified care partners at the time and place you book.
• Jivika AI: information only. Check important information with a doctor.

5. Prices and payments

Prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• give false identity, medical or prescription information, or misuse prescriptions;
• harass, abuse or threaten doctors, partners, riders or staff;
• upload unlawful, harmful or malware-infected content, or content you have no right to share;
• try to break, probe or overload the service, scrape it, or bypass security or access limits;
• use YourDoc to buy medicines for resale or for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or the law.

7. Our content and your content

The app, its design, the YourDoc and Jivika names and logos and our content belong to T. Neelam Enterprises LLP or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service. You keep ownership of the content and health information you upload, and give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service as set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Responsibility and limits

We work to keep YourDoc safe and available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for medical outcomes of advice or treatment given by independent professionals, for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Closing your account

You may close your account at any time (see Delete your account & data). We may suspend or close it if you break these Terms or the law. Some data must be kept for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these Terms; for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email. If you keep using YourDoc after the change takes effect you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Greater Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
